Clean, walkable ground, often in a single day. No burn pile, no hauling, no surprises on the bill. One machine, two families, and a fixed price you get in writing the same evening we walk the property.
Thousands of families bought acreage in Bradley and Hamilton counties in the last few years. Then the privet, honeysuckle and sweetgum took the fence line, the view, and the spot where the house was going to go. That's the call we get, and it's the only job we do.
Open 1 to 4 acres around the house, the drive and the fence lines before you build, fence or sell.
Take back fence rows and pasture edges without a dozer or a burn pile. The ground stays intact.
A mulched lot photographs better and walks better. Buyers can see what they're buying.
Trails, shooting lanes and food plots cut in without building a road. Off-season dates welcome.
Every job runs the same way. That's how two owners quote the same price, and how you know exactly what's going to happen before the trailer pulls in.
Address, rough acreage and a few photos. We reply within 15 minutes during business hours and book a site walk within 72 hours.
We flag every zone, photograph it, and rate it for brush density and terrain. The price comes from what's actually there, never a guess from the road.
A written scope with photos, what mulching leaves behind, exclusions, and one number. A 25% deposit holds your date.
Brush and small trees ground into a 2 to 4 inch mulch layer in one pass. Most jobs up to an acre are done in a day; bigger ones run a few days, and your quote says how many. We walk it with you, film the after, and leave it clean.

"As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another."Proverbs 27:17
Iron is the 115-horsepower track loader and the carbide teeth on the drum. It's what turns a thicket into ground you can walk the same afternoon.
Faith is the part you can't see from the road. We show up when we said we would. We charge the price we quoted. We leave your land better than we found it. Two families own this company, and whoever is in the seat on your job is one of them.
The tree in the mark is rooted on a ridgeline because that's where we work: the hollows and hillsides between Georgetown, Ooltewah and Athens. The cross is the trunk because nothing else holds the rest up.
Forestry mulching is not a bulldozer job. The topsoil and roots stay where they are, which is why the land is usable the same day and doesn't wash out in the next rain.
We keep to the one thing we do well. We don't take on stump removal below grade, grading or dirt work, hauling, burning, removal of trees over 10 inches, or lot clearing for structures over $25,000. If your job needs one of those, we'll say so on the walk and point you to someone who does it.
Trees over 8 to 10 inches are excluded from the standard price or quoted separately.
Every quote starts at $550 per quarter acre, then adjusts for how thick the brush is and how hard the ground is to work. Use the estimator for a ballpark; the site walk sets the final number.
| Typical job | Price |
|---|---|
| 1 acre of privet behind a new house, flat | $2,200 |
| 3 acres of pasture regrowth, gentle slope | $5,900 |
| 2 acres heavy sweetgum and pine, rocky hillside | $7,900 |
| Half-acre fence line, light brush | $1,500 min. |
Travel is built into the minimum, never a surprise line item.

Based in Georgetown, working a 50-mile radius. Jobs cluster by county week to week, so a short wait usually means we're already close by.
A compact track loader runs a spinning drum with carbide teeth through brush and small trees, grinding them into mulch where they stand. One pass turns a thicket into ground you can walk, mow or build on, with no burning, hauling or stump pulling.
Roughly half an acre to an acre and a half, depending on how thick the growth is and how steep or rocky the ground is. A typical 3-acre residential job with medium brush takes two to three days.
Some regrowth is normal, especially privet and honeysuckle. The mulch layer slows it a lot, and a bush-hog or a light touch-up pass once a year keeps it open. We'll show you what the ground looks like at 1, 6 and 18 months.
Usually not. Mulching leaves roots and soil in place, so it generally sits outside the land-disturbance rules in Tennessee and Georgia. We check for stream buffers, wetlands, utility easements and HOA tree rules on the walk, and we won't mulch to a line you can't show us.
Yes. Our ground is workable most of December through February except right after heavy rain, and with the leaves off it's easier to see what you're keeping. Winter dates booked in summer get 10% off.
Yes. We carry general liability, equipment and commercial auto coverage, and we hold the Tennessee Home Improvement license for residential work, which means a written contract and a formal complaint process behind every job.
